Shipment and Delivery

Procedure

By 10 am CEST time, SAME DAY shipping is guaranteed

All our shoes are on stock and immediatelly available for shipping. The orders received by 10 am CEST time will be shipped the same day. An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment within the following time frames:

  • PayPal: immediate
  • Credit card: immediate
  • Bank transfer (with Sofort Banking): immediate

Shipment

Within 24 hours from receipt of payment

Within one working day from the receipt of your order, the goods will be consigned to the courier of your choice during the purchase process.

All the couriers collect packs from Mondays to Fridays but in some selected cities they also deliver on Saturdays. For further information, consult the chosen courier’s site.

In 2/4 working days

Delivery with DHL express courier

Delivery in 1/2 days throughout Europe

Delivery with Fedex express courier

Delivery in 2/4 days worldwide

At the time of dispatch you will be informed about the tracking code of the package to allow you to trace the shipment in real time.

Shipment to Europe, USA and Canada is free for orders above $200 or €200 if you are in the European Union.

Customs Taxes

Shipments to countries that are not part of the European Union are subject to controls and customs taxes. To see if your country applies customs charges and the precise amount, we advise you to contact the local customs office.

From our experience we can say that there are no customs fees in the following countries:

  • USA: for amounts below $800
  • Australia: for amounts below $1,500
  • Most Middle East countries
  • Russia

There may be others, but these are the most known.

There is no way of shipping goods by declaring prices lower than what was paid or by declaring the goods as gifts. We do not process these type of shipments since it would be illegal.

Liabilities

Italian Boutique will not be held liable for the loss of a package or for possible damages to the goods during shipment. We decline any responsibility for late deliveries, and loss and damage of goods sent to the transportation companies that will provide for partial or total reimbursement for damages, on a case to case basis.

Upon receiving the package we advise you to check that it is whole, and without openings or tears evident from the outside, and to reject it if it does have these defects. Should you accept the damaged package you will assume all the liabilities and exempt Italian Boutique from any reimbursement obligation.
