Return Policy

Within 14 days of receipt

Please take note of our return policy before proceeding with return request.

Return is accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. All returns are subject to our prior agreement.

All shoes must be returned unworn, undamaged and with all authenticity tags and accessories, in their original box. The box must be adequately protected and must not be damaged or altered.

For any products bought it is possible to ask for a refund or exchange for any reason.


Within 2 days of receipt of your return package back we will ship the new model/size requested at the same address of the initial order at no additional cost.


We will refund the full amount of transaction with the same payment method used for the purchase within 3 working days after receiving back the return parcel.

Error or defects

If you have received for our mistake a different product from the one ordered, or a defective product, please send within 5 days of the reception a disputed photographic evidence to the following address: [email protected].

Please provide with the following informations: full name, order number, issue found and attached photos showing the problem described.

The defect will be subject to the evaluation of our quality control staff which will proceed to give you an answer as soon as possible by proposing some alternatives depending on the nature of the problem.

Return Procedures

You purchased on Marketplaces?

If you purchased from a marketplace please open from there a Return Request and follow the steps indicated by the marketplace.

  • Notes: We remind that except for purchases on Amazon or particular cases, shipping return costs are at buyer's expenses and will not be refunded.

You purchased on Italian Boutique website?

1. Send us a return request

Please send us a return request through our contact form or directly at [email protected] by describing the reason of your choice or the issue encountered. Don't forget to specify your wish to exchange or get a refund! For any products bought it is possible to ask for a refund or exchange for any reason.

2. Choose return service option

While expecting return approval, please choose between two return options.

Return with the postal service. You can choose to return the parcel by yourself, in this case you manage entirely the return procedure. Ship the item back within 14 days from receipt, from the same delivery address (where you received it), with the received invoice as "Return goods" with postal service.

Once the package has been shipped, please provide us with the tracking number of the parcel so that we can follow the shipping and avoid custom or import problems.

What you have to know: This shipping option can take long time. Please note that Italian custom is very low. With simple postal service, shipping from outside Europe could need a consequent delay to clear custom. For example, from some countries as USA, the delay of shipping can reach until 2 months to arrive to our warehouse. Please note that no refund will be given until the return package arrives at our warehouse.

After receipt of the package back our quality control staff will check the integrity and the goods conditions. If everything is ok we will perform an exchange or a refund according to your request.

Return with our shipping back service thanks to our partner Fedex: this return procedure is the easiest, fastest and safest. You don't have to manage it, just print the shipping label, prepare the parcel and schedule the pick up. The parcel is back in our warehouse in one week only and you don't wait anytime longer to get an exchange or refund.

3. Prepare the shipment and ship

Wrap the parcel carefully in kraft paper or in a cardboard box or use the polymailer if in good conditions, be sure not to damage the brand original packaging, otherwise return will not be accepted nor refunded.

Ship the parcel with mark of "Returned goods" on the shipping label.

  • with Fedex return service option: contact Fedex to schedule a direct pick up to your address, from Fedex website, print the waybill received by email and simply give the parcel and waybill to the carrier.
  • with postal service option: go to your postal agency and ship to the following addresses. Don't forget to communicate us the tracking number of the parcel so we will be able to track it.
