At the age of 17, Givenchy left his home to go to Paris and pursue a career in fashion design. While working with high profile fashion designers of the time Givenchy gained the knowledge he needed to make it in the industry.

His success continued to rise over the next couple of decades. Givenchy received some of the most coveted fashion awards. His signature style is the result of years of hard work and dedication.
