Why your goods are so cheap?
Because we leave in Italy where this brands produce their goods. We buy directly from authorized dealers and resell it. We have less expenses then normal store and other sellers who import from Italy, if their goods are original.
Are your goods defective?
All our good are new and perfect, as you buy it in a boutique because is what are you making!
What happends if one pair of shoes don't fit well?
Send it back to me not used with the original box and packaging and I will change it with your correct size if it is available. If not I will refund you. You have to pay all shipping back costs and to avoid duty fees you have to ship it back with the same express courier I have used. If I used Italian post you have to use your local post service. Remember to mark it like "Return item" and not "goods" or "merchandise". If you will not follow this instruction eventually duty feed will be reduced from the refund.
